Congratulations to the Papalexandris family, the Chimneystone Yard of the Month winner!
Angelo Papalexandris and his wife, Susan Papalexandris, were pleasantly surprised when we knocked on the door to congratulate them for the YOTM Honors. There are colorful Lantanas, an assortment of annuals, and also fig trees! His enthusiasm and drive to work in his yard in this Texas heat come from his younger years of living on a farm, keeping it clean and fresh-looking.
Having been residents of the Chimneystone subdivision for several years, Angelo and Susan have become integral members of the community. Their warm demeanor and neighborly spirit extend beyond their meticulously kept yard. Their daughter lives on the street next to them. Both can walk out onto their porch and wave to each other.
There are several Crepe Myrtles that he takes care of on the green space next to their house. These trees not only enhance the natural beauty of their surroundings but also contribute to the serene atmosphere of the neighborhood.
The Papalexandris family exemplifies the spirit of community pride and dedication. Their efforts in maintaining a beautiful yard not only enhance their own property but also contribute to making Chimneystone a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing place to live. We are grateful for residents like Angelo and Susan, who tirelessly strive to make Chimneystone a wonderful community for all who live here.
