Hello Chimneystone Residents!

The 2025 Spring Community-Wide Garage Sale is just around that corner. We hope that early notice will give all who want to participate a chance to do some spring cleaning and get ready for the event. By popular demand, this year the event will span a whole weekend, April 11-13, from 8 AM to 1 PM.

Please see the rules on the attached flyers. Again, please note, this event is taking place before the Monday regular bulk trash day on purpose to give residents an opportunity to get rid of what they are not able to sell. If a rain day is needed, you will have to be sure to dispose of items properly. Leaving bulk items at the curb outside of the designated heavy trash days could get you a letter from the HOA up to a fine. We hope this gives residents ample time to be prepared.
