There is Cart Assistance Program* provided to residents that have a physical condition that does not allow them to move/return their waste/recycling carts to the curb for collection. You can enroll in this program by completing an application through the City of Sugarland’s website. Once the application is approved by the city the resident will receive a sticker for their cart that will alert Republic Waste and you will receive assistance with your cart. Many requiring assistance have relayed that they are unable to move their carts on their own and are not aware that this service is provided.
