Hello Chimneystone Homeowners!

For those of you who attended the board meeting this past Tuesday (4/23) and for those of you who did not. It was initially presented that those with lawn furniture (benches in particular) were given notice to remove them. The reason for this is that there are many who do not maintain their benches (lawn furniture) and after a year some become unsightly.

Not all of the board agreed with this view because it was realized that just as many homeowners do maintain their benches as they feel it gives their home great curb appeal. So, in the spirit of compromise this violation was challenged and a set of guidelines proposed. It is currently in the draft stage and the board decided to share with homeowners for their input.
